We believe in the power of potential, by providing opportunity

Helping people find opportunity

We truly believe in the impact of human potential. Potential is what drives us forward. Makes us smarter. Better. Kinder. It changes minds. It changes lives. Takes us to impossible places. Knocks down walls. Breaks glass ceilings.

But many people never even get the chance to reach their incredible potential. To be more than.

They simply lack opportunity.

Our vision is to change that.

Korn Ferry Foundation vision

Helping people exceed their potential

The power of potential is phenomenal. But potential needs one thing to succeed. Opportunity. We believe in equality of opportunity. To live. To succeed. To grow. To be more than.

The Korn Ferry Charitable Foundation aims to create and support programs that help people exceed their potential.

We are working to:

Provide direct relief to those affected by a natural disaster

Fund scholarships and programs

Make grants to charitable organizations working to enhance our communities

Grant recipients include: Black Girls Code, Communities in Schools, LEADership Education and Development, Management Leadership for Tomorrow, and Out & Equal

Helping people fulfill the power of potential

The Korn Ferry Charitable Foundation's primary focus is to help people exceed their potential. Whether that is in the boardroom, the classroom, or their living room. Initially, that means providing help, support, and inspiration to those who need it most.

Leadership U for Humanity

Leadership U for Humanity is a program designed to create the leaders of tomorrow. Leaders who bring diverse backgrounds and experiences to the table. Who champion conscious inclusion and celebrate and empower difference. Benefitting not only businesses, but underrepresented people across the world.

Help us give opportunities to those who deserve it most

Our vision for the Korn Ferry Charitable Foundation is to make real, lasting change. If you would like to support that change or find out more about the Korn Ferry Charitable Foundation:
