HBCU Leadership Accelerator

The HBCU (Historically Black Colleges and Universities) Leadership Accelerator is designed to support college and university students heading into their first internship or job.

The program

The program leverages Korn Ferry's leadership development intellectual property to aid HBCU students in career preparation by exploring their purpose, goals, and competencies. The learning journey aims to foster an environment for students to learn about building their network, relationships, and personal brand in preparation for the workforce ahead.
