HBCU Leadership Accelerator Conference

The HBCU (Historically Black Colleges and Universities) Leadership Accelerator Conference is designed to support college and university students heading into their first internship or job.

The program

The program will leverage Korn Ferry’s leadership development intellectual property to aid HBCU students in career preparation by exploring their purpose, goals, and skills required to navigate their careers. The conference aims to foster a space for students to learn about networking, relationships, and personal brand in preparation for the workforce ahead.

The HBCU Leadership Accelerator Conference will be launched in partnership with Claflin University, the first and oldest historically Black college and university in South Carolina.

Through this program, the Foundation aims to deepen its relationships with HBCUs and enable the Foundation to have a broader impact on the diverse talent pipeline. Eligibility is not restricted on the basis of race or any other protected category.
